FAQs About BountyStars
What is a BountyStars Event?
An Event is a limited-time activity (usually around 2 weeks) where you collect Event Coins, climb a dedicated leaderboard, and win skins. Each Event has its own coin design, prize pool, and giveaways.
What are Event Coins?
Event Coins are a temporary in-event currency. You can spend them in the Crafter, enter Event Giveaways, and climb the Event Leaderboard to win skin prizes.
How do I earn Event Coins?
You can collect Event Coins in several ways:
- Open marked with the Event icon
- Play Case Battles that include Event
- Top up your balance – larger deposits award more coins
How long do Event Coins last?
Event Coins expire 24 hours after the Event ends. Make sure to spend them before they're gone – each new Event starts with a fresh balance.
How does the Crafter work?
The Crafter lets you exchange your Event Coins for skins. Choose how many coins to spend (or pick a preset), hit Generate, and the animation will reveal your skin. The more coins you use, the higher your chance of landing a valuable item.
How is the Event Leaderboard calculated?
Your position is based on the total Event Coins you've earned during the Event – not what you've spent. So spending coins in the Crafter or on Giveaways doesn't lower your leaderboard rank.
What prizes can I win on the Leaderboard?
The Top 50 players each win a skin, with the Top 3 highlighted at the top. The higher your position, the more valuable the prize.
How do Event Giveaways work?
Event Giveaways are tied to the active Event. To enter, you need to collect a certain number of Event Coins. For each new Giveaway, you'll need to earn fresh coins – the same balance can't be reused across multiple draws.
Where can I find Event Cases?
All participating in the active Event are gathered on the Event page. You can also spot them on the main page and in Case Battles thanks to the Event icon next to the case.
How often do new Events launch?
A new Event typically launches every 1-2 weeks, with a short break in between. A countdown on the Event page shows when the next one begins.
